TERMS OF USE

Blackwell Media Co. Terms and Conditions of Use

Please Read Carefully

By accessing or purchasing any digital products, online courses, coaching sessions (one-on-one or group), memberships, programs, workshops, trainings, live or virtual events, or participating in any private online forums operated by Blackwell Media Co. (collectively, “the Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOU”).

If you do not agree with these TOU, you may not use or participate in the Program.

For the purposes of these TOU, the term “Company” refers to Blackwell Media Co., its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives.

Eligibility & Program Participation

The Program is intended for individuals 18 years and older. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited, and we disclaim all liability for use by anyone under 18.

As a participant, you will receive access to the services and/or digital products as outlined at the time of purchase. From time to time, additional resources, bonuses, or opportunities may be made available at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to accept or deny participation in any part of the Program, including additional bonus elements.

By participating in the Program, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully in all interactions with the Company, its representatives, and other participants.

Payments & Billing

Payment Terms

By purchasing a Program, you agree to the pricing and payment schedule presented at checkout. All payments are in USD.

If paying via credit or debit card, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your selected payment method for all fees due. You also authorize the Company to share necessary payment details with third-party payment processors for transaction processing.

For subscription-based or recurring payment services, you acknowledge that billing will continue unless and until you cancel.

Late Payments & Failed Transactions

If a payment fails, you will have seven (7) days to update your payment method. If payment is not received within this grace period, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program without notice.

In cases of overdue balances exceeding 30 days, a late fee may be applied, and the Company may pursue collection efforts, including legal action. You agree to reimburse the Company for any associated collection or legal fees.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds for any portion of your payment, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

If you withdraw from the Program or discontinue participation for any reason, you remain responsible for any outstanding balance under your selected payment plan.

If a refund is granted at the Company’s sole discretion, your access to all Program materials will be immediately revoked, and you must destroy any downloaded content.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We do not tolerate chargeback threats or payment disputes. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to:

  • Report the incident to credit agencies and chargeback databases.

  • Terminate your access to all current and future offerings.

  • Pursue legal action for any losses incurred.

To avoid payment disputes, please contact studio@erin-blackwell.com if you have any concerns about your purchase.
